Capabilities Statement

Aseo has provided janitorial services to the community of El Paso for over 30 years. Aseo janitorial has compiled an impressive record and client based offering commercial cleaning service, janitorial, housekeeping (medical/surgical), and consulting services. Aseo takes pride on its health and safety training program for its employees,

Aseo was certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a participant in the SBA's 8(a) program. Aseo graduated from the program in March of 2006, but remains certified as a small minority woman owned company. Aseo is now Section 8(m) certified (EDWOSB and WOSB). The state of Texas has certified Aseo under its HUB program. The corporation was founded by Lillian Jacquez in 1981 who has developed the customer base and financial strength to undertake complex projects. In Addition, Aseo's experience in the commercial arena and 15 years servicing the government sector has given it the reputation as a company that has the capability to meet and exceed contract specifications.

Ms. Jacquez is eligible to renew her Facility Security Officer clearance from the Department of Defense if necessary.

Lillian Jacquez has the academic, technical, and managerial experience to interpret specifications and implement an effective program that meets and exceeds the quality needs of her customer. Ms. Jacquez has developed and executed building services programs that protect the customer and its cleaning staff by providing a CLEAN AND HEALTHY ENVIROMENT.

Aseo was awarded the SBA Minority Small Business Contracted of the Year on October 2006. The Senate for the State of Texas has recognized Ms. Jacquez' hard work and her excellence as role model in Proclamation No. 1237.  Ms. Jacquez was recognized as one of the 15 Finalist for the Hispanic Business Magazine's  16th annual Entrepreneur of the Year Award Gala. Aseo was ranked Top 500 Hispanic Owned Businesses for 2012. Awards and recognitions were accepeted by Ms. Jacquez in behalf of Aseo's employees.

The employees for Aseo are trained to work as a Team to insure consistent quality. Its uniformed team adds to their contractors prestige and enhances security measures. Aseo takes pride on its training program through their own qualified bilingual trainee for all of its employees. Aseo is an active sponsor for the little league teams in the community along with the Mexican-American Culture presentations under Viva Mexico at the Chamizal Nat'l Memorial Theater.
