Aseo has provided janitorial services to the community of El Paso since 1981. The Aseo team is comprised of dedicated professionals with over 100 years of cumulative janitorial management and service experience. Aseo offers its services to the public, private, and government sectors.
Aseo’s housekeeping team, who are given special training provide services to medical and surgical centers.
Aseo is contracted to provide commercial cleaning services by national chain stores contractors. These stores are located in the Cielo Vista, Sunland Park and Bassett Place malls.
Aseo was certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a participant in the SBA's 8(a) program. Aseo graduated from the program in March of 2006; Aseo is still certified as a small minority woman owned corporation. The State of Texas has certified Aseo under their HUB program.
Being nominated by The El Paso Community College and the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and selected by the SBA, Lillian Jacquez was awarded the Minority Small Business Contractor of the Year on October, 2006. When asked to respond on her award, without hesitation she responded, "I am absolutely excited to receive such an award on behalf of my employees, my loving sweet husband, my father who raised 12 of us as a single parent, my brothers, my daughters, my son, and my sisters who are the true meaning of the song, We Are Family." Lillian was nominated to be one of the fifteen finalist for the Hispanic Business 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year Award which was held at Los Angeles, California on November 9, 2006; only three hispanic females participated. Lillian was featured in the Hispanic Business Magazine in the edition of January/February 2007 and also in the edition for March, 2007. Then on April, 2007, she received The Senate of The State of Texas, Senate Proclamation No. 1237, signed by Senator Eliot Shapleigh. He acknowledged Lillian's hard work and as an excellent role model for all aspiring entrepeneurs.
The management team for Aseo has received their OSHA training certification and has continued to participate as International Executive Housekeepers Association members. Employees of Aseo are given OSHA training focusing on their safety and health issues.
